The fastest way to reach us is through the community reports and discussions on this site. Use them for corrections, setup problems other readers may also have, and requests for a guide we have not written yet. Public questions help everyone, because the next creator with the same problem finds your thread.
What to send us
A correction: tell us the page, the line that is wrong, and what the official TikFinity site or Google Play listing says instead. We check every report against tikfinity.zerody.one or the Play listing, package com.streamtv.tikstream, before we change anything.
A setup problem: tell us which version you use, browser, Windows or Android, which streaming software you use, TikTok LIVE Studio or Streamlabs, and what happened when you tested the alert. "TTS did not speak on Android free plan after about 80 messages" is a question we can answer. "It does not work" is not.
A guide request: tell us the live you run. Gaming lives using viewer-triggered actions in Minecraft or Roblox need different help from chat-only lives using points and games. The more specific you are, the better the guide we can write.
What we cannot do
We cannot fix your TikFinity account, your subscription, or your billing. We are an independent guide, not Streamheroes GmbH and not TikTok. For account and payment help, go to the official site at tikfinity.zerody.one and use the support route there.
We also cannot recover a TikTok account. If you entered your TikTok password on a site that claimed to be TikFinity, change that password in TikTok straight away and turn on two-step verification. The real TikFinity only asks for your @handle.
How we reply
We read community reports and discussions on this site and update pages when a report checks out. If your note leads to a fix, the fix appears on the page itself so every reader gets it, not just in a private reply. Start with our setup guide if your question is about first-time setup. Many common problems, silent alerts, missing overlays, TTS volume, are already answered there.
